Return & Exchange Policy
- We require a receipt or proof of purchase to accompany your return.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed and show no signs of wear, and returned in their original packaging.
- Items must be free of stains, makeup, deodorant, or wear.
- All returns must include an invoice that clearly indicates which items are being returned.
- When sending back items from multiple orders, you must fill out an order packing slip for each applicable order.
- We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit.
- Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
- Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us.
- Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 30 days after purchase.
- Once return request is reported, you will receive return label via email.
- Orders that you submit online are processed immediately and may not be canceled, and you may need to wait until you receive the merchandise in order to return it.
- If you do not comply with any of the above conditions, We reserve the right to refuse the return or exchange or to impose different or additional conditions.

If you would like to make a return, please provide your order number in your return package The original packing slip will be the best option, as this will speed up the return process. As soon as we process the return, the refund will be issued.
